The firm we are hiring for has multiple offices across Northern England and Scotland. They are a fast growing, well-established, and supportive company.

Your new job

As a Trainee Tax Advisor, you will learn a full range of advisory services, including R&D claims, company valuations, share restructures, succession planning and Capital Gains Tax.

On a day-to-day basis, you will deal with clients, conduct one-off work and assist senior members of the team.

As well as on the job training, this employer will provide the opportunity for you to study towards advanced accountancy and taxation qualifications.

About you

This role is ideally suited to a university graduate or part-qualified CTA/CA student with a number of years’ experience working within a Tax Technician or Accounts role.

To succeed, you must be diligent, initiative-taking, enjoy a challenge and be willing to work as part of a team to tight deadlines.

Salary and rewards

• Salary is negotiable but the range is £18,000 to £22,500 per year.
• 6 weeks holiday per year (including stats).
