Commis Chef
We are looking for a Commis Chef who is keen and passionate about the food, using local, seasonal suppliers. You will be someone who is prepared to commit to exceptional standards and support our client’s growing business.
This is a career defining opportunity to work with a kitchen team of nine Chefs who produce excellent food for a brasserie and fine dining restaurant within a four-star luxury boutique hotel set on the beautiful Lake Windermere, in the Lake District town of Bowness-on-Windermere.
About you
- You will have experience in a similar role, gained from a high-quality restaurant or hotel, ideally with accolades
- You will have some experience of pastry section
- You will be passionate and professional in your work
- You will be committed to high standards
- You will be a motivated team player.
